| 1) What software version should my tablet be on before I start? | ① Please update your tablet to the latest software version before you begin. ② If the updater app is missing, factory reset the tablet → update it to the latest version → then try again. |
| 2) My tablet already has partial Korean localization or Google apps installed. Do I still need to factory reset it? | No. That is not necessary. |
| 3) Does storage size matter, such as 128GB or 256GB? | No. Storage size does not matter. Both 8GB / 12GB RAM and standard / AG models are also supported. |
| 4) Can I use a laptop instead of a desktop PC? | Yes, as long as it is running Windows 10 or later. (MacBook and macOS are not supported.) |
| 5) When should I connect the tablet to the PC with the USB cable? | Connect it at 7:40. |
| 6) The USB debugging prompt is not showing up. | ① Make sure USB debugging is enabled. ② Disconnect the cable from the tablet and plug it in again. ③ Restart both the tablet and the PC or laptop, then check again. ④ If needed, try again with one of the recommended cables listed above. |

| 3) Rollback index not found. This may happen if your device firmware is on an early version. | ① Settings → bottom of the left menu → General settings → scroll down on the right → Reset options → Erase all data ② Then go back to Settings → bottom of the left menu → About tablet → System update → update to the latest version → then try again. |
| 4) Which option should I choose when installing the Qualcomm driver? | Check “WWAN-DHCP is not used to get IPAddress” and then click Next. |
| 5) VCRUNTIME140.dll or MSVCP140.dll is missing, so I cannot continue. | Please refer to the solution guide. |
| 6) There is no compressed file inside the RomFiles folder. | ① Delete the RomFiles folder → then download the firmware again through Software Fix. ② If you see the message “Resource is unzippping...”, close the Software Fix program by clicking the X button in the top-right corner. ③ Check whether the compressed file is present. (If it is still missing, repeat the same process.) |
| 7) Unexpected error: [!] Missing 'rawprogram*.xml' / 'patch*.xml' in 'image'. | ① Delete C drive → Lenovo folder → RomFiles folder. ② Download the firmware again through Software Fix. ③ If Software Fix shows “Resource is unzipping...”, force close the program. ④ Delete Lenovo folder → RomFiles → firmware folder. ⑤ Extract the compressed file. ⑥ Open the folder and follow the instructions from 7:05. ※ If you are not sure, follow this video only up to 7:01. |
| 8) It gets stuck at “Uploading programmer to COM0...” | Please install or reinstall the Qualcomm USB driver. ※ See “4) Which option should I choose when installing the Qualcomm driver?” |

| 10) I cannot turn on the tablet, or it will not power on. | Press and hold Power + Volume Up + Volume Down together for 7 seconds, then press the Power button. ※ Do not do this while the program is running. |
| 11) [Step 1] Put the PRC firmware files (vendor_boot.img, vbmeta.img) into the 'image' folder. | ① Delete the image folder inside LTBOX. ② Close Software Fix, then delete everything inside Lenovo → RomFiles. ③ Download the ROM files again through Software Fix and wait until everything is fully finished loading, including “Resource is unzipping”. ④ Once loading is complete, close Software Fix. ⑤ Go to Lenovo → RomFiles → firmware → cut the image folder → paste it into the LTBOX folder. ⑥ Then try again from 7:40. |

| 1) Will there be any issues with Widevine, Netflix, Coupang Play, or similar streaming apps? | If you run into any issues, follow these steps in order: ① Install and log in to the streaming app you use (Netflix, Coupang Play, etc.) → reboot the tablet → uninstall and reinstall the app → log in again. ② Open Settings → bottom of the left menu → About tablet → Android version → Google Play system update → check for updates and install them → reboot. |
| 2) I installed the Global ROM. How do updates work, and are they required? | Updates for tablets running the Global ROM can only be done through a PC or laptop. Whether you update or not is entirely your choice. (It cannot be done on the tablet alone.) How to update: Enter your model number in Software Fix → download the files and wait until everything is fully finished loading, including “Resource is unzipping” → move the latest image folder into LTBOX → then use option 2. |
| 3) System UI keeps stopping, apps crash and reboot the device, or the tablet reboots when switching between portrait and landscape mode. | It has been confirmed that the Global ROM firmware for the Xiaoxin Pad Pro GT has a firmware bug. Please obtain an older firmware version and try LTBOX option 1 again. ※ A firmware download link is being prepared. |
